About the Business
Bridge End Motors was established in 1953 by my grandfather Mr Johnson. The above photograph shows the original Mr Johnson founder of Johnsons (right) infront of Johnsons, Chester le Street - now named Bridge End Motors. Dave Young (left) is still working for the company with 35 years service. The business is now run by myself Ross, Mr Johnsons grandson, the 3rd generation of the same family.
As we are an established family run business business for over 60 years, we pride ourselves on our professional attitude and service to all our past and present customers. You can view our cars without any pressure knowing our sales team with over 80 years experience are there to help and advise if necessary. We also have our own purpose built workshops with knowledgeable staff for all service, repairs and MOT requirements.

I would like to thank Scott the customer salesman for an easy, pleasant and helpful week getting my new car, through mot, service and valet. When i have phoned up he is straight on the phone and cannot help enough. He talked me through every step of the way, he was comfortable to talk to and not a pushy salesman in any way like i have had in the past at other garages. A genuine, helpful and polite person. I picked my car up today and my car was ready for collection in the showroom. Cannot thank him and Bridge end motors enough for a fantastic experience, definately won't be going anywhere else for my next car.
