Sheffield, South YorkshireI rang up about a car for my Cousin Mohammed they said yes we will have it ready to view etc. We drove down from Sheffield car was not as advertised, it was dirty and looked like it was worth about 50 percent of what they wanted. We asked a few question's and said it isn't as advertised its in much worse condition and the guy/salesman got quite passive-aggressive and blatantly rude. He was an older guy he spoke to my cousin like my cousin was a nuisance to him?
SORRY we wanted to buy a car and it was not as your bleeding dealership said. That was our rubbish experience would not recommend...
They gave us replies when we reviewed them online basically saying this didn't happen all in all so unprofessional for a "dealership" makes me doubt everything they sell.
We went about 2 miles away and bought Mohammed a car from a dealership there.

Sheffield, South YorkshireCame to look at a car after my cousin spoke to them on the phone about me coming to see it they said no problem come down we will have it ready, my cousin drove me down to see it from near Sheffield as im only in UK from for a year, so i needed a car to get about and visit everything!
My gosh absolutely awful service car was not as described at all. For starters it was dirty and had so many dints and marks on it and even old tires definitely not as they described they were just outright rude and passive aggressive when i brought this up to them.
Long story short ended up going to another dealer close and had a far better experience and bought from them instead.
Buy from this lot at your own risk if this is an experience before I dread to think what they would be like after they have your money and you have an issue.
Rude and horrible people.

Doncaster, South YorkshireNot good, my father who's elderly purchased a car from here and it broke down few months later warning lights he rung up enquired about his warranty he was given and was told it didn't cover this. Shameful treatment of a pensioner. Will make sure people know of this!

Wakefield, West YorkshireYou seriously might as well wear a wooly hat and stripey jumper when you shop here.... Sold my friend and absolute steamer of a car, then refused to fix it. I find myself fixing the issues they should have on a 7k car.

Nottingham, NottinghamshireUnfortunately didn’t feel welcomed, new to viewing cars so was already apprehensive. Would not return, rude. If this is how they treat people wanting to buy a car I cannot imagine what it is like after they have your money! My review has been removed from Autotrader so it seems some suppression is going on. So I have been resorted to reviewing on every other site.
