We have represented Ford in the Wirral since 1987 operating two dealerships, Ellesmere Port and Birkenhead offering, new and used car sales, vehicle servicing and parts supply and distribution. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service and have received recognition of this by the presenting to us by Ford Motor Company of their much coveted 'Chairmans Award for Excellence' in customer satisfaction for the past 4 consecutive years. M53 Ford strives to maintain the highest standards in all that we do. As such we are members in a number of organisations that check what we do and how we do it. We are members of NFDA Trusted Dealers, committed to delivering a first class experience to our used car buying customers. Both our sales and service departments are a part of Cheshire Councils Trading Standards Golden Spanner Approved Garage Scheme. We are members of the Independent Garage Association "Trust My Garage" scheme.
